Mark started his software career as a webmaster at a time when many believed the world would end because of the Y2K bug. More recently, Mark was an early member of Salesforce.com’s platform team where he helped launch the Force.com platform and grow the AppExchange ecosystem to over 1,000 applications and 200K+ developers.
Mark was also VP & GM of Platform Technologies for LivePerson, the leader in live chat software, where he launched and grew their API business. Mark was also an early employee at several SaaS startups and an enterprise software consultant at Deloitte.
If there was a Noodle-of-The-Week Club, he’d be their supreme chairman and create a Michelin Star-equivalent rating system of the world’s top ramen joints. Mark holds a BA and MBA from UCLA.

Jason has always preferred computers to people; so starting at age 6 he was coding Commodore BASIC and 6502 assembly.
More recently as Chief Architect at Appirio, he wrote three of the most popular apps on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange as well as a book for developers about Force.com. At data virtualization vendor Composite Software, Jason led R&D efforts to build connector products for SAP, Siebel, and salesforce.com. As a founding engineer at webMethods (now Software AG), he developed the industry’s first XML-based B2B integration server.
He has a B.S. in Information & Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon, and graduated summa cum laude from the San Francisco School of Home Renovation Hard Knocks in 2009 with his thesis, “The Information Asymmetry of Milestone Payments.”

A startup junkie to the core, Gretchen has been launching and growing enterprise SaaS startups and platforms since way back in the last century.
Most recently, she brought her scrappy mojo to LivePerson, launching their Apps Marketplace platform and tripling the partner network in less than a year. While with marketing automation pioneer, Genius.com, they garnered many shiny Customer’s Choice awards on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange. An early employee at EchoSign (acq by Adobe), the leader in electronic signatures, Gretchen signed and grew early strategic accounts and alliances with companies like British Telecom, GE Capital and Facebook.
She loves bacon, bourbon, hip hop and all things tech. Gretchen attended “Dotcom University” double majoring in Boom and Bust and now holds an MBA from UC Berkeley.
